Agnes Mutamba

Board Member

Agnes Mutamba is a licensed Registered Nurse with over 15 years of healthcare experience across correctional health, acute care, and skilled nursing. She is known for her compassionate approach, strong clinical expertise, and ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Currently serving as Mental Health Manager at the California Rehabilitation Center, Agnes supports the evaluation and delivery of mental health services for the Enhanced Outpatient population, leads nursing trainings, and responds to emergencies to ensure quality care. Previously, she served as an Infection Control RN, where she led infection prevention efforts and played a key role in the COVID-19 response.

Agnes earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and holds a California RN license, Public Health Nurse certification, and BLS certification. She is committed to delivering high-quality care and plans to further her education by pursuing a Master of Health Administration and Infection Control Certification.
